Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing support@hillora.shop with your order number. We accept change-of-mind returns and returns for damaged, defective or incorrect goods. For a change of mind, return the item unused, uninstalled and complete. Opening packaging for reasonable inspection does not automatically invalidate a return. Original packaging is helpful but not mandatory.

Free returns and exchanges

We pay return shipping and exchange shipping. Contact us for a prepaid label or another prepaid return method. There are no restocking or return handling fees. Exchanges depend on availability; if unavailable, an eligible refund is offered.

Refunds and cancellation

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we initiate a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Bank posting time is additional. The refund includes the amount paid for the returned items and applicable included tax. Standard shipping is free. You may request cancellation before dispatch for a full refund.

Problems with an order

Contact us promptly for damage, faults, incorrect goods or non-delivery. Photographs help an investigation but do not override legal rights. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Terms of Service

These terms govern hillora.shop and purchases from HILLORA OUTDOOR GOODS LLC, trading as HILLORA. You must be legally capable of contracting or have appropriate parental or guardian permission. Provide accurate order information and do not misuse the website or infringe rights.

Products, prices and orders

We sell garden and outdoor decor. Product pages describe size, finish and included items. Lifestyle props are not included unless stated. Product prices include applicable tax; eligible standard shipping is free. Checkout displays available payment methods and the total before purchase. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not dispatch. If we cannot fulfill an order, we contact you and refund canceled unfulfilled items. We will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without consent.

Shipping and returns

We deliver from the United States to the contiguous 48 states. Processing is 1–3 business days and estimated transit is 3–5 business days. Cutoff is 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, observing daylight saving time. If shipment is delayed beyond the stated processing period, we provide the required choice of consenting to delay or canceling for a prompt refund. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. We pay return and exchange shipping and initiate eligible refunds within 3 business days of receipt and inspection. Cancellation may be requested before dispatch.

Rights and disputes

Protected site materials belong to their rights holders. Service interruptions and errors may occur; material order changes require appropriate notice and agreement. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Kentucky law and applicable U.S. federal law apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact us to seek a resolution without limiting access to legal remedies. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change existing orders without agreement except as required by law.

Shipping Policy

Delivery area and charges

Orders ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or internationally. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Prices include applicable tax; no separate shipping, handling, import or customs fees are added.

Timing and tracking

Processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days. The combined estimate is normally 4–8 business days. Cutoff: 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, observing daylight saving time. Orders after cutoff or on non-business days begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding U.S. public holidays.

Dispatch emails provide tracking. Carrier scan updates may not appear immediately. Split shipments incur no additional delivery fee. Weather and carrier disruption can affect estimates.

Delays or delivery problems

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we notify you and offer the required choice of agreeing to revised timing or canceling for a prompt refund. Contact us for overdue, missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries. We investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund; a delivery scan alone does not automatically settle a non-delivery complaint. Report address corrections before dispatch where possible.

Contact and returns

Returns are within the United States. Contact us for a prepaid method before shipping.
